The K524E-SH is a secure 4 port Display-Port dual head KVM Switch with a special secured USB port for smartcard/biometric reader. It allows users to share peripherals - keyboard, video, mouse and audio - between four computers from different security classifications while isolating all coupled hosts from each other and from the peripherals that are being shared through it, keeping the data of each computer completely separate. Each computer may connect up to two independent displays and operate in a dual-display mode. The K524E is designed to provide the highest possible computer & peripheral isolation as demanded by government agencies, military, financial institutions and similar security sensitive customers. It is built to comply with EAL4+ security requirements and with the latest requirements of the National Information Assurance Partnership (NIAP) Protection Profile PSS Ver 3.0 for peripheral sharing switch devices.With the K524E-SH users can save valuable desk area in space-restricted environments and increase productivity by interacting with up to four dual-head computers using two displays and a single set of keyboard, mouse and audio.
